The Grand Conversion

Well syrup making is over and what better way to utilize my fire arch and continue to be outside you ask?  Well I'm modifying the arch into a Wood Fired Brick Oven. I'm in the early stages and keeping in mind that the structure will return to it's original purpose of boiling down sap to produce syrup, I'm constructing / modifying it in a modular fashion. Below are before modification and after.
